YOGA
The Yoga Loutro Holidays activities include Yoga and Pilates. The aim of the course is for someone to revitalize, to eliminate stress, and be aware of our true selves and nature. In addition the environment is very peaceful and the tranquillity that characterizes it is ideal to feel in contact with nature and to loosen stress caused by modern living. At the same time you can feel relaxed, feel your body and connect with yourself and the peace inside you.
The program is a combination of Hatha Yoga to improve flexibility or simply relax blocked areas of the body. It also contains elements of the Pilates method for strengthening the trunk (power house), as well as small flows Vinyasa Yoga, intended primarily to increase the strength and power. These are used depending on the needs and abilities held by each group and each individual. Specialized instructions are provided separately in each person if necessary. The course also contains Pranayama, that is breathing exercises and Pratyachara, that is relaxation techniques.
The program takes place every weekend from 15/4/2010 until 15/10/2010. It also operates continuously from 10/7/2010 until 30/8/2010. Includes:

| 9:00 am - 7:00 pm | Free time for breakfast, lunch, sunbath, swim, hike to Phoenix and Lykos, have a small cruise to Sweet water beach or Marmara or just read a book on the big balcony of your room with the view of the sea and Loutro |
| 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm | Yoga and Pilates |
| 8:15 pm onward | Free time for dinner and relaxing on the sea in the traditional restaurants, or just have a drink in Loutro Café. |
